Total junk
I bought 2 complete sets of this junk and I finally thought I'd allow everyone know what junk this stuff is. The finish comes off in the so-called copper interior and the outside night colour wears off equally well. Over $200.00 for junk. Lesson learned.

Criminal organization
Warning – practice non buy anything online from this company! The stuff they are selling online is consummate garbage compared to what y'all tin can buy in stores. The lying customer service reps will give y'all the runaround and do nothing for you in the terminate. I received scratched and cleaved items that no question had been a drove of previously returned items. If they were perfect, the quality is then low that nobody would be willing to pay any more than what y'all would purchase at a dollar shop. Also, although Canadians are forced to purchase through to Canadian site, the prices are college than the American site and in US dollars.

Non non-stick
It is a poor quality product. Sticks so bad that the dishwasher will not clean information technology. If you fry eggs or make scrambled eggs in it you lot'll spend 15 minutes scrubbing on it trying to get it clean. It looks adept but it'south harder to clean upwards than a cast iron skillet that hasn't been seasoned.

Lids are unhealthy
The lids have a space between the glass and the stainless portion where oil and other food debris easily collect just information technology's not easy at all to clean information technology out, which makes the lids unsanitary in my opinion. I've tried sticking everything betwixt that narrow opening to clean the oil, food, and whatever else out, just to no avail. If anyone has ideas, please share. Salvage your money
Save your money up to buy a quality set of pots and pans. If y'all own them and have tried to get a warranty replacement and so you already know it's hopeless. Nosotros tried to replace ii of ours considering of manufacture default and found out afterward paying for the shipping information technology would cost us twice that to merely go purchase the 2 pots we wanted to be warrantied.
My advice, steer clear of this make.
Rude customer service that pretty much laughed at me when I called about our issues.

Everything sticks
Eggs certainly do not come up out of the pans like they do in the visitor video. Very disappointed in this product and the hype backside it.

Just kidding nearly non-stick
To prevent sticking you lot must use butter, cooking oil, or spray. It got two stars only considering some items came out okay. However, used it to cook egg whites and got a horrible mess. Nigh impossible to wash fifty-fifty with extensive soaking.

Need some instructions
The pans aren't besides bad, merely there must be a trick to using them. For example, get the pan too hot and the bottom bulges up. Things seem to stick until fully cooked. And so they can be gently pried off the bottom. First piece of French toast sticks, only subsequent pieces do not.

Gotham Steel Frying Pans
My experience both with the pans themselves and the customer satisfaction at Gotham Steel is fifty-fifty worse than the performance if that is possible. The nonstick is a myth after a very short usage time and complaining to the company does you no expert. What they want is for you to render your pans at your toll and include a US bank check for $9.99 shipping charges for the replacement of pans that are no good.

Don't buy!
