Hello Rob,

From the mistake message, the issue might be related to the browser.

To test information technology, please open a new incognito window in Chrome and sign into your business relationship in Outlook Web App over again. If the consequence persists, I'd like to collect the following information to troubleshoot the result:

1. Do other users in your organisation have the same problem?

2. If you use other browsers, do you nevertheless take the consequence?

3. Can you sign into the Lync client properly on your Mac?

1. Others practise not seem to have the problem

ii. Switching browsers or going incognito do not aid

3. I can login with the Lync 2011 client, as lame as it is.

To bank check if the issue relates to specific network, delight try in another network environment and see if the issue occurs.

In addition, please involve your admin and check if all  4 Skype for Business organisation records are added on the DNS host.

I accept exactly the same.

OSX El Capitan

Chrome login to Skype for Business does not work. Same error message equally above.

Lync client works.

Firefox and Safari works.

Based on your description, all records of your Skype for Business concern should be right. Since the event only occurs in Chrome, co-ordinate to my experience, information technology is related to the Chrome, for example,  any new codes in a new version. Given the state of affairs, to better assistance you, we suggest you contact the Google supports.

I can't become it to work in Chrome either. I accept looked into it for awhile now and just can't seem to get it to work in Chrome on a Mac. All other browsers work.

Just curious if anyone has found a solution to this? I'm also having the issue of getting that message in IE 11. In Chrome the skype frame just never finishes loading. I've tried resetting my IE settings but that didn't piece of work. Any other ideas?
